3.) Expressions of Interest for Refreshment Vendors (Breakfast, Lunch and Tea Break)

4.) Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Car Hire Services (High Lander, Sienna, Lexus and Hilux Van)

5.) Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Supply of Wooden Suggestion Box

Zireenza Support Foundation (ZSF) Expressions of Interest Eligibility Criteria
In order to be considered contract, organizations must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be a registered non-profit organization or have a fiscal sponsor.
- Have a demonstrated track record of implementing successful projects in the areas of education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, or environmental sustainability.
- Operate in a country where Zireenza Support Foundation provides funding (please refer to our website for the list of eligible countries).
- Submit a complete and accurate application form within the specified deadline.
How To Apply For Zireenza Support Foundation (ZSF) Expressions of Interest 2025
All applications received will go through a thorough evaluation process. Our evaluation team will review each application based on the following criteria:
Interested and qualified vendors shall send an email request for the vendor application form to be filled, attached and submitted together with the Application documents to: zsfrecruitmentportal2023@gmail.com using the Title as the subject of the mail.

All hard copy submissions are to be made in a sealed envelope addressed to the Procurement Unit and dropped at the ZSF office at:

- Latest Tax Clearance
- At least 3 evidence of similar jobs with NGOs
- Prove of Business Ownership
- Clear physical shop/company address with email and phone number.
Note
- Qualified and eligible vendors are encouraged to apply
- The vendor registration form and supplier code of conduct should be appropriately filled, duly signed, and stamped and shoiuld be submitted alongside the above-mentioned documents.
- A member of the screening committee will contact you if ZSF finds you suitable and eligible.
- Any application submitted later than the closing date will not be considered.
