Applicants who selected NAU or its affiliates as their first choice in the 2024 UTME and meet the minimum score are eligible to apply.
To apply for UNIZIK Post screening exercise, visit apply.unizik.edu.ng and create a Unizik application account. First, validate your JAMB registration number, supply your LGA, and UTME subjects combination, then click on submit change.
Direct Entry candidates need OND/HND/First Degree or A’level qualifications in relevant fields.
Candidates who did not choose NAU as their first choice but meet the required scores can still apply if they change their institution choice at a JAMB CBT center.

2024 UNIZIK Post UTME Announcement Update
The Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (UNIZIK) has officially released information regarding the Post UTME for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Registration for the Unizik Post UTME starts on Thursday, 1st August 2024 and ends on Saturday, 31st August 2024. Any change of course or institution into Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (and its affiliate institutions) ends on Friday, 23rd August 2024.
Compulsory upload of O’level results (and A’level results for direct entry candidates) on JAMB CAPS also ends on Friday, 23rd August 2024. Any changes done after this date will not be valid.
Eligibility For Unizik Admission Screening
- First Choice UTME Candidates: Must have chosen NAU or its affiliates as their first choice and meet the required pass marks.
- Direct Entry Candidates: Must have OND/HND/First Degree or A’Level qualifications in relevant fields.
- Other UTME Candidates: If NAU wasn’t their first choice but they meet the pass marks, they can apply after changing their institution choice at JAMB CBT Centres.

UNIZIK Post UTME 2024 Registration Procedure
- Visit: apply.unizik.edu.ng
- Create Account: Validate JAMB number, enter LGA and UTME subjects, then submit.
- Update Profile: Provide email, phone number, date of birth, and password, then click “Update Profile.”
- Verify Account: Use the code sent to your email to verify, then sign in.
- Login: Use JAMB number/email and password to access the Dashboard.
- Complete Application:
- Click “O’Level” to add results.
- Click “Buy Form” to pay N2000 (online or at the bank).
- Click “Submit Form” to finalize your application.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your application.
Important Notes
Note: You can edit your O’level results while the registration is still ongoing; after that, it will be locked for editing. The deadline for all registrations is 31st August, 2024. Candidates that are not eligible for the courses they applied for due to wrong UTME subject combinations are advised to choose from the list of suggested courses on their eligibility status and should go to JAMB CBT centres to change their course(s) to reflect their new choices before they can successfully register for post-UTME.
For direct entry candidates, in addition to the above, ensure that your academic transcripts are forwarded to the Registrar, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and hard copies of your JAMB e-slip, O’level results, OND/HND/First Degree, or A’level results are sent to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) on or before Friday, 23rd August, 2024. Candidates whose transcripts are not received before the stipulated period will not be considered for admission.
