Union Bank Graduate Trainee Program Requirements

To be eligible for the Program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen
  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a second class upper division
  • Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • Be maximum 26 years old
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a high level of initiative, drive, and a passion for excellence
