UNILAG Post UTME 2024/2025 Screening Exercise Updated Application Form | Portal Guide

The University of Lagos has officially announced the start of online registration for the Post-UTME screening. Here is 2024 UNILAG Post UTME application form, requirements, cut-off mark, and cost of form. Prospective students seeking admission into any undergraduate course at UNILAG should take note of the crucial dates and procedures.

To be eligible for the UNILAG Post-UTME 2024, candidates must have selected the University of Lagos as their first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME and have scored 200 or above.

The online registration for the University of Lagos Post UTME will commence from Monday, 5th August and run until Friday, 23rd August 2024 at www.unilag.edu.ng portal admission.

Candidates are required to pay a screening fee of N2,000 to complete their registration. Detailed instructions for the registration process will be available on the university’s official website.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the UNILAG post-UTME screening, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Score 200 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME
  • Choose the University of Lagos as their first choice
  • Possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
  • Upload their O/Level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) on or before 9th September 2024
  • Be at least 16 years of age by 31st October 2024

It is important to note that former students whose admissions were withdrawn for poor academic performance or absence status may re-apply, given that the new admission is for a different programme. However, expelled students are not eligible for fresh admission.

Screening Fees

The screening fees for the UNILAG Post-UTME are set at ₦2000. Candidates are required to pay this amount to participate in the screening process.

The Post-UTME Online Aptitude Test will take place from Monday, 2nd September to Friday, 6th September, 2024. Candidates must complete the test within this period to be considered for admission.

Registration Procedure

The steps for registration for UNILAG Post UTME 2024 are as follows:

  1. Visit the University of Lagos website at www.unilag.edu.ng
  2. Click on ‘Admissions’
  3. Select ‘Post-UTME Application’
  4. Log in with your UTME application number as your username and your surname in lowercase as your password
  5. Generate and print the payment advice
  6. Proceed to any commercial bank to make payment or pay online
  7. Return to the university portal to complete the screening form
  8. Print the post-UTME examination pass

The post-UTME online aptitude test is scheduled to take place from Monday, 2nd September to Friday, 6th September 2024.

UNILAG CUT-OFF Mark

Candidates seeking information about the UNILAG Post UTME cut-off mark should note that those who selected the University of Lagos as their first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME and scored 200 or higher are eligible to apply for the Post-UTME Online Screening. Furthermore, applicants must have achieved five credit passes in one sitting in the relevant O/level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
