Responsibilities
- Balance demand and supply in terms of volume, revenues, costs, and margin. Organize, manage, and optimize (part of) the S&OP processes.
- Responsible for the optimal supply network plan for the assigned part of the FrieslandCampina & third party supply network (operational and tactical horizon) based on the consolidated OpCo demand plans, taking into consideration predefined service level agreements, planning parameters, inventory levels, strategic importance, revenues, margins and costs in order to realize the requested performance at the lowest possible cost.
Requirements
What we ask:
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- APICS (or equivalent) certification in case Master degree is not in Supply Chain Management
- S&OP experience, preferably of Gartner maturity level 3 or 4
- Demand and Supply planning experience
- Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
- Project management experience, also in industrial setting
- Program and project management (in cross-organizational context)
- Basic knowledge of Financial Management
- Fluently in English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of Supply Chain within the FMCG
