    Job Summary

    • The Shift Incharge will be responsible for the regular operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of air compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform regular operations, preventive, and corrective maintenance of air compressors, water pumps, and other utility equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in compressors and pumps.
    • Monitor pressure, flow rate, and efficiency to ensure optimal operation.
    • Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
    • Prepare reports on equipment performance and suggest improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
    • Have a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
    • Utilize computer skills to track and manage maintenance tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in computer skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
