Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Seplat Energy PLC Graduate Trainee Scheme 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Recent graduates with a minimum of a second-class upper degree from a recognized university.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be willing to work in any of Seplat Energy’s operational locations.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A minimum of 5 0′ level credits (including Mathematics and English Language), obtained at one sitting.
