Job Description
- The Building Finishing Quality Supervisor will oversee and ensure the highest quality of finishing work at the construction site.
- This role involves monitoring finishing stages, ensuring adherence to standards, and performing inspections to guarantee that all finishing work meets project specifications.
- The supervisor will coordinate with contractors, identify areas for improvement, and report directly to the project manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all finishing work to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and workers to address any deficiencies.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality assessments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Proven experience in construction finishing work.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to manage and coordinate contractors on-site.
