Job Title: QAQC Engineer
Location: Lagos

Brief Job Description
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test):
- Carry out Vendor Inspection Surveillance for the Fit for Purpose of Ball Valves in accordance with API 598 (Valve Inspection and Testing)
Cathodic Protection:
- Supervise the technicians and contractors for new C.P System installation (SACP and ICCP), site surveys such as PSP ON/OFF, CIPS, DCVG, soil resistivity etc.
Construction:
- Ensures the Quality Control of works (Welding, Painting, NDT, Cathodic Protection, Civil/structural works, Mechanical-Rotating and Static Equipment’s) done by the contractor meets Company’s Specifications and Project Contract.
Preservation of Equipment’s/Piping’s:
- Ensures Preservation of Equipment/Piping (SS,CS and CRA), Fittings (Sockolets, Nipple, Weldolets), Valves, Compressors, Pumps and Plants Instrumentation for Short term and long term storage.
Pre-Commissioning:
- Inspects Piping System/ Sub-System (Pipings NDT Reports,Valves Installations etc), Pressure Vessel (Name Plate Data, Internal Cleanliness, Painting/Insulation Damage, Etc) Rotating Equipment (Coupling Alignments, Free Rotating of Shaft etc),Hydrotest(Air Blowing & Flushing, Cleaning and Drying, Pipework Before and After Test) Document Punchlist items.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 5 – 10 years work experience.
