We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Materials Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Review supplies according to project specifications
- Ensure that Materials/Equipments received are shipped in good conditions
- Manage the free-issued materials from Client to contractor for use
- Develop materials reconciliation spreadsheet to track materials inward received and outward disbursed
- Manage all materials for fabrication and construction and pipeline installation.
- Read and fully understood by Quality Inspectors in charge to conduct the control operation.
- Manage warehouse, shipping, and receiving departments and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills
- Keen attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify the right materials for certain projects.
