International Energy Services Recruitment Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Education Required:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline, with professional registration.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Minimum of 15 years work experience with at least 10 years relevant experience in welding engineering, with a focus on pipeline and structural welding in an upstream Deepwater or similar environment.
- SupportiveCoreSkillsRequired: Extensive experience in developing, reviewing, and approving welding procedures, specifications, and instructions.
- Proven experience with welding qualification tests, including Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welder Qualification Tests (WQT), and
- Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Proficiency in conducting and overseeing welding inspections and nondestructive testing (NDT) techniques.
- Good understanding and application of Industry standards and codes for welding (DNV, API, ASME, etc.).
- Knowledge in use of MS Office tools or similar software
- Ability to communicate, work, interface, interact and influence effectively within a multi-disciplinary team of professionals located globally.
- Knowledge of personal and process safety.
