Job Responsibilities
At HRBP, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their HR needs
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
