Job Description
- Responsible for proper accounting of transactions at the Factory.
- Ensuring that all the month end books closure activities are completed within the defined timelines.
- Business partnering with the Plant team.
- Responsible for preparation of month end MIS reports on a timely basis
- Working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure proper accounting of financial transactions.
- Preparation of various adhoc MIS reports and submitting the same to the reporting authority within the timelines.
- Coordinating with the business team and the back-end team to ensure that invoices are processed within the timelines.
- Core member of the team that does periodic stock counts as per the stock count plan. And responsible for preparation of MIS report post the physical count.
- Coordinating with the internal and external auditors during the periodic Audits.
- Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Financial Controls at the Factory.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience required
- Supply chain Finance and outstanding control experience is required
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Chartered Accountant
