CDCFIB Recruitment 2025 Positions
CATEGORY A: General Duty – Superintendent Cadre
1. Superintendent of Corrections (CONMESS 02) – NCOS only
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
2. Assistant Superintendent I (CONPASS 09) – FFS only
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Water, etc.) or Law (LL.B., LLM).
3. Assistant Superintendent II (CONPASS 08)
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from any recognized institution.
CATEGORY B: Inspectorate Cadre
1. Inspector (CONHESS 06)
Registered Nurses (RN), Midwives (RM), or RN/RM from recognized nursing schools.
Available in NCOS, FFS, and NSCDC.
2. Assistant Inspector (CONPASS 06)
National Certificate in Education (NCE) or National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field.
CATEGORY C: Assistant Cadre
1. Assistant II (CONPASS 04) – General Duty
Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE/NECO/GCE (including English and Mathematics) in not more than two sittings.
OR holders of Trade Test Grade II (Motor Driver Mechanics, Auto Electricians, etc).
2. Assistant III (CONPASS 03) – General Duty, Drivers, and Artisans
Minimum of four (4) credits in SSCE/NECO/GCE in not more than two sittings.
OR holders of Trade Test Grade III.
Correctional, Fire, Civil Defence, and Immigration Services CDCFIB 2025–2026 Recruitment Requirements
To be eligible for recruitment, applicants must meet the following:
Be Nigerian by birth.
Possess valid educational qualifications; certificates presented later will not be accepted.
Be physically and mentally fit; must present a medical certificate from a recognized government hospital.
Have good character; must not have any criminal convictions or financial embarrassments.
Be between 18 and 35 years old.
Male applicants: minimum height of 1.65m; Female: 1.60m.
Chest measurement for men: not less than 0.87m.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.
