Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure the implementation of effective marketing plan
- Identify and develop market penetration strategy.
- Initiate and promote aggressive marketing campaign
- Negotiate benefits packages with prospective clients.
- Promote the company as a brand of choice.
- Grow and sustain market share of the company.
- Participate in development product benefit package.
- Coordinate and participate in products promotional programs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the marketing activities.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of financial services. Prior experience in HMO Business Development will be of advantage.
- Creative and ability to work without supervision.
- Result oriented and ready to meet and surpass set targets.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
