    Job Title: BMD Process Engineer

    Location: Gujeni, Kaduna

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and ensure the safe operation of PC pumps, pressure and temperature sensors, transmitters, controllers, and safety instruments.
    • Calibrate all pumps and process instruments regularly to maintain accuracy and reliability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
    • Maintain accurate records of process parameters, calibration activities, and maintenance log
    • Maintain healthy working conditions of safety instruments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Work closely with production, maintenance, Blasting crew and quality control teams to optimize process efficiency and safety.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an explosive manufacturing or bulk emulsion plant or Bulk Matrix delivery vehicle.
    • Proficiency in operating and maintaining PC pumps, sensors, controllers, and PLC systems.
    • Knowledge of ISO, HSE, and other relevant compliance systems.
    • Experience in Automobile is preferable.
