We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Architect
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To support the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
- Plan, implement, and monitor projects from beginning to end.
- Creating work models and modelling for space.
- Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.
- Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Architecture.
- Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and Revit BIM.
- 2-5 years minimum technical experience in Architectural designs in a well-structured work environment.
Salary & Benefit
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly + HMO, GLI, Pension, and other benefits.
