Job Summary
- The Reconciliation-Settlement Associate will manage the reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in settlement processes.
- This includes reconciling bank accounts, payment gateways, and other financial records.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and internal records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Manage settlement processes for cross-border payments and remittances.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on reconciliation and settlement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in reconciliation or settlement processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reconciliation tools.
