Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Boiler Operator to join our maintenance team.
- We will consider applicants with limited experience if you have completed relevant training programmes and are familiar with boiler systems, repair, and maintenance.
- The role involves monitoring and maintaining the equipment to ensure optimal performance, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain the 1 TPH electrical automated boiler, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues in boiler systems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
- Optimize energy and water usage to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards while operating equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of operational parameters, maintenance activities, and incidents.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Boiler Operation Engineering is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical training is acceptable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operating electrical boilers/coal fired boiler(Prefer Electrical Boiler), RO water plants, and water softeners.
- Experience with automated boiler systems and familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operations is an advantage.
- Certification or training in RO plant and water treatment operations is desirable.
