(I) B.Sc. Accountancy or Economics or LLB. Candidates must have at least, Second Class Upper Division.
(ii) Candidate must be a full member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) as well as any of The following Accounting

i. Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN);
ii. Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN):
iii. Association of Certified Corporate Accountants (ACCA);

B. Age: Must not be above 45 years
C. Post Qualification cognate experience: Must not be below 5 years.
D. Applicants must show evidence of ability to revolutionize the revenue system of the State to generate a minimum of one billion (N1bn)
naira every month.
E. Successful candidate will undergo a probationary period of one year within which his/her performance will be assessed.
